Where can I find a size guide?
Solid Gear sizes may differ between different products, so each shoe has an individual size guide. You can find this size guide on the relevant product page. The size guide is in the tab called Documents.
How do I select the right safety shoe for my work environment?
If you are unsure of which of our safety shoes would suit you best, please have a look at our shoe selector guide. It will give you recommendations based on your needs and preferences.
How do I replace my BOA® Fit System kit?
When you receive a new BOA® Fit System kit, a step-by-step instruction manual will be enclosed. You can also find instructions and videos at Boafit.com.
Do you have safety shoes for wide feet?
Shoes in our Athletic series generally have a somewhat narrower last. If you are looking for safety shoes for wide feet, our Trekking or Tough shoes can be a good choice. Unfortunately, we are not able to recommend specific shoes for wide feet here.

How do I reclaim the BOA® Fit System?
Please contact us to receive a claims form. Complete the form and send to us. We will then replace your BOA® Fit System free of charge.
